About us

STōN-3D is a mom-and-pop startup run by Tereza and Nathan out of Prague, Czech Republic.

Tereza holds a master’s degree in International Trade from a top Czech university and brings years of HR experience. She speaks several languages and is an avid maker in her own right — teaching classes in intricate knitting, wax candles, kids’ crafts, organic soaps and cosmetics. She takes carbon footprint seriously, keeps Nathan organized, and is a badass wife and mother of 4.

Nathan is under-qualified and over-experienced. Originally from the USA, he spent his younger years at a custom hot-rod shop building race and show cars, then spent six years as a senior developer at Prusa Research.

It’s our dream to build this company. To grow sustainably without losing track of our original vision: superior quality and service. If all goes as planned, we’d like to open manufacturing in the USA — ideally using local materials and labor.
