Need to cancel an order? We understand. Plans change. Here’s how it works.
Every STōN-WoLF is custom-built to order, and we start building once your payment clears. Because of that, these aren’t off-the-shelf machines, so the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) doesn’t apply here.
That said, if your unit hasn’t gone into production yet, we’re glad to cancel it. Just send us your email and order number below, and we’ll check where things stand and sort it out for you.
Once a build is underway, we can no longer cancel it. By that point your components are allocated and work has started. If you’re ever unsure, just ask us first. We’d always rather talk it through.
